Rob always believed that soccer, "the beautiful game," was a metaphor for life: the struggles, the teamwork, the elation, the defeat. The Rob Myslik Memorial Soccer Tournament is a men's open soccer tournament taking place on June 9th, 10th & 11th, 2006 in Missoula, Montana.

All proceeds from The Rob Myslik Tournament will go to support the Robert Hauter Myslik Memorial Fund. This fund will be used to support local charities, such as:

• Scholarships to support post-secondary education, with a specific emphasis on soccer players.
  
• Funding to support low income youth participation in youth soccer programs.
  
• Matching grants for the capital needs of club or high school soccer programs
  
• Grants to support the learning of English and literature at a grade school, high school, or collegiate level.
